The dietitian didn't seem to have the full details of my case history. I was newly diagnosed and had to wait around three month for my appointment in the meantime I had started to make changes and my last blood test showed that I was borderline coeliac. Wherein my doctor told me I was diagnosed with the disease and made the appointment for me to see a dietitian.

Make sure all the information is avaliable especially for new clients.

I saw a new doctor who explained everything to me. She listened to what I was saying. The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Offer water facilities a tank so patients could get a cold drink.
